The Crown Dataportal is a private reference system designed to provide authorized users with access to automotive parts information and related data. This Portal is not a point-of-sale system and does not facilitate direct product purchases. All product information is provided for reference purposes only.

3. User Account and Access

Access to the Portal requires registration and approval. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify Crown Automotive immediately of any unauthorized access

Crown Automotive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or suspicious activity.

Users may access the Portal solely for legitimate business purposes related to their relationship with Crown Automotive. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Automated data scraping or systematic downloading
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access restricted areas
  • Using Portal data for competitive intelligence or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfering with Portal functionality or security measures
  • Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data, designs, and materials available through the Portal are the property of Crown Automotive Sales Co., Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Portal content solely for authorized business purposes.

While Crown Automotive strives to maintain accurate and current product information, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data. Product specifications, availability, and part numbers are subject to change without notice. Crown Automotive is not responsible for errors or omissions in Portal data.

Part numbers listed in this Portal are used for reference purposes only. No implication is made that the actual products sold are the product of the original equipment manufacturer.

Reference to a manufacturer in the Portal does not indicate that the manufacturer is the source or sponsor of the listed product. All products listed are being sold without any sponsorship or approval of any auto manufacturer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Crown Automotive Sales Co., Inc. makes no representation as to the dimensions, assemblies, and/or calculations provided in the Portal, and we will not be liable to any third party should any information contained within the Portal be in error. The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown Automotive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Portal.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
